On-Site Services

Service and Consulting

$120 per hour - 1 hour minimum for all on-site service calls.  Time for service calls in excess of 1 hour are billed in 15 minute increments.

Phone / Internet Support

$30 per 15 minute increment - 15 minute minimum charge for all phone support. An additional $10 Remote Service Fee may be applicable, once per incident, if remote assistance software is required.

Travel Time

$75 per hour - Billed in 15 minute increments. Please call our office to determine if your location is subject to travel time charges.

 

Bench Work

Bench work is the term we use for work performed in our labs, on our work "benches."  An expedited rate is available for clients that need rapid turnaround on their repairs.

Standard Bench Rate

$90 per hour - Billed in 15 minute increments.  30 minute minimum charge for all bench work.

Expedited Bench Rate

$120 per hour - Billed in 15 minute increments.  30 minute minimum charge for all bench work.
